15.1 Affiliate Dashboard
Each affiliate will have their own dashboard to setup payouts, check earnings, review signups, allocate memberships and find tracking links to share with their audience.
To access your affiliate dashboard:
- Select My Account from the main dashboard, your account overview screen will be displayed.
- Navigate to your Affiliate Dashboard section.
- Select Go to Dashboard and your affiliate dashboard will be displayed.
- Affiliate Company - Company name and contract end date.
- Master Affiliate Link - Master affiliate sign up link to copy and send to referrals.
- Link Clicks - Total number of link clicks (both master and custom).
- Signups - Total user signups via your referral links.
- Upgrades - Total user upgrades via your referral links.
- Clicks V Signups - A breakdown of clicks, signups and upgrades for the current month.
- Recent Signups - A table showing recent signups.
- Total Signups - Total number of users that have signed up using your affiliate links.
- Conversion Rate - The percentage is calculated by taking the total number of users that have signed up divided by the total unique link clicks.
- Signups Table - Signups and upgrades over time.
- Total Earned - Total amount of commission earned from membership upgrades.
- Total Pending - Total amount of commission pending transfer, to your account.
- Commission Rate - Agreed percentage or flat rate of commission earned per upgrade.
- Customer Discounts - Agreed membership discount awarded to each customer who makes a purchase through the unique affiliate link associated with your account.
- Billing - Direct link to your Stripe portal for account management and billing.
- Commission Table - All commission for upgrades since start of affiliation period, broken down by total payouts per referral, minus fees. A colour key (green, yellow and red) is used to highlight how many days until membership expiry.
- Payments Table - All successful commission payouts since start of affiliation period.
- Link Stats - Stats on all master and custom tracking links.
- Affiliate Link Generator - Functionality to create custom links to identify sign ups by campaign or a member of your team and assign to specific media outlets. (See below for more info)
- Link Table - All master and custom tracking link performance since the start of the affiliation period.
- From your affiliate dashboard select the Links & Resources tab.
- Navigate to Affiliate Link Generator.
- In the Link Identifier box, type a project, campaign or team member name for reference.
- If you would like signups to automatically follow one of your Media Outlets when they register their account, select one from the dropdown.
- Select Add, the new tracking link will appear in the Links table.
- Select Copy and the link can be pasted into emails, across social media or onto your website.
- To delete a tracking link, select the Bin icon.
- Membership Stats - Number of pre-paid membership codes redeemed/unredeemed.
- Affiliate Memberships Table - An overview of all pre-purchased memberships. A colour key (green, yellow and red) is used to highlight how many days until redeemed membership expiry.
- From you affiliate dashboard, select the Memberships tab.
- Navigate to the Affiliate Memberships Table.
- Select Allocate To on the membership you want to allocate.
- Enter the name of the person or company you are allocating this membership to.
- Once allocated the customer name and date allocated will be populated in the affiliate membership table.

You can copy or print your full sign ups list or download a CSV, Excel Spreadsheet or a PDF by selecting the relevant option above your signups table.

When generating a custom tracking link you can also assign the link to one of your media outlets. Any users who sign up using this link will automatically follow the media outlet on Reveela.
To generate a custom tracking link:
Memberships
As a Reveela membership affiliate, you pre-purchase memberships for sale or distribution to your customers. An invoice will be raised for an agreed number of memberships and once paid your affiliate memberships section will be populated with the membership codes.
The memberships tab will be displayed with the following fields:
Allocating a membership
It's important to allocate memberships prior to distribution to ensure a unique code is allocated to each individual customer.
- From your affiliate dashboard, select theMemberships tab.
- Navigate to the Affiliate Memberships Table.
- Select Copy URL on the membership you want to allocate.
- Send or distribute to the allocated customer.
- Customer clicks the membership link.
- If logged in they will automatically complete checkout, no card details will be required and their membership will be upgraded.
- If not logged in, they will be directed to the login screen and once logged in, they will automatically complete checkout, no card details will be required and their membership will be upgraded.
- If they do not have an account, they will be directed to the Reveela login screen. They will need to create an account then login and they will automatically complete checkout, no card details will be required and their membership will be upgraded.
- Once redeemed the customer name and date redeemed will be populated in the affiliate memberships table.
