14.2 Manage Billing & Auto Renewal
You can access your subscription and billing information from your account.
To manage your billing:
- Navigate to My Account.
- Navigate to My Membership and select Manage Billing.
- You will be directed to your account on Stripe to manage your billing.
- This account is private to you and reveela will have no access.
You can amend your payment method and billing information through Stripe. If you don't update these details or your credit card is due to expire your account will be reverted to a Lite Membership.
To manage your payment details:
- Navigate to My Account.
- Navigate to My Membership and select Manage Billing.
- Your billing information will be displayed on Stripe.
- Navigate to Payment Method and select +Add Payment Method.
- Navigate to your Billing Information and select Update information.
Your subscription will automatically renew each period unless you manually cancel auto renewal.
To cancel auto renewal of your membership:
- Navigate to My Account.
- Navigate to My Membership and select Cancel Membership.
- A confirmation will appear "Are you sure you want to cancel your membership?", select Ok.
- Your auto renewal will be cancelled, your membership will expire at the end of your subscription and you will be reverted to a Lite member.
You can renew your plan at any time.
To renew your plan:
- Navigate to My Account.
- Navigate to My Membership and select Renew Membership.
- A confirmation will appear "Are you sure you want to renew your membership?", select Ok.
- Your plan will be renewed, your membership subscription will continue.
