13.1 Writing Assistant

Our Writing Assistant will aid those with writers block or looking for some inspiration to enhance their drafts. Just enter a prompt to automatically generate engaging content from blog posts to news releases or rewrite your existing content to turn your ideas into clear, compelling and impactful stories.

You can use our writing assistant in two ways:

Write New - Enter a prompt including key topics you want to cover to create new content.
Rewrite Existing - Paste your existing content and have it rewrote in a different style.

You can write a new or rewrite and existing News Stories, Press Releases, Social Posts & Blog Posts.

Writing New Content

You can write new content by entering some details of the topics you want to cover.

To write new content:

Select Write Content from the Dashboard.
The writing assistant will be default to Write New.
Next to the Write me text, select News Story, Press Release, Social Post or Blog Post.
Enter some details of the topics you want to cover (minimum of 50 characters).
Select Show Advanced Options and refine you criteria if applicable.
When you are ready, select Write Content.
Your content will be generated for you to use or refine.

You can use your new content in the following ways:

Select Start Again to change what you are writing about.
Select Rewrite Content to regenerate your content in a different way.
If a news story or press release, select Edit & Distribute to refine your content and have Reveela suggest relevant audiences.

Rewriting Existing Content

Select Write Content from the Dashboard.
The writing assistant will be default to Write New, select the Rewrite Existing option.
Next to the Rewrite my text, select News Story, Press Release, Social Post or Blog Post.
Enter or paste the content you want to rewrite (minimum of 50 characters).
Select Show Advanced Options and refine you criteria if applicable.
When you are ready, select Rewrite Content.
Your content will be rewritten for you to use or refine.

You can use your rewritten content in the following ways:

Select Start Again to change what you want to rewrite.
Select Rewrite Content to regenerate your content in a different way.
If a news story or press release, select Edit & Distribute to refine your content and have Reveela suggest relevant audiences.

Advanced Content Options

When writing and rewriting content, their are advanced options which allow you to tailor the way your content is written.

These options are:

Keywords - Enter some keywords (comma separated) and the assistant will try and include your chosen keywords where possible.
Words/Characters - Enter the number of words or characters you need and the assistant will write or rewrite your content approximately to this.
Writing Style - Select a writing style from the dropdown and the assistant will write your content more professionally or witty.
Tone - Select a tone from the dropdown and the assistant will write your content in a more positive, negative or neutral way.
