15.3 Affiliate FAQs

1. Can I post my affiliate link on social media?

You're welcome to use your affiliate links on your own Facebook, Twitter, etc. pages but you are prohibited from posting your affiliate links on Reveela's Facebook, Twitter, etc. company pages in an attempt to turn those links into affiliate sales.

2. How does the affiliate program know when I should receive credit for a purchase?

The networks that we use to manage our affiliate programs have advanced tracking features that can track your specific links and ensure that you are receiving the appropriate commissions for your sales. These links are tied to your unique ID within the Reveela network.

3. What happens if a customer makes a purchase but doesn’t use my affiliate link?

You won’t get anything as commission as there is no way to tie your unique ID to that purchase and we are unable to associate it after a payment has been made.

4. Why is a customer who signed up using my link no longer appearing on my dashboard?

The customer may have deleted their account or chosen to purchase a membership through another referral link.
