17.6 Managing Draft, Published & Error Posts
When you save social posts as drafts, you can manage them anytime from the Drafts page.
To access draft posts:
- Select Schedule Social Posts from your dashboard.
- You will be directed to the Create Post section.
- Select Drafts from the top menu.
To edit or post draft posts:
- Select the pencil icon next to the post you want to edit.
- Update the post and select Save to update the draft.
- You can post or schedule the draft by select Post Now or Schedule.
To delete draft posts:
- Select the trash can icon next to the post you want to delete.
- The post will be deleted.
When you schedule social posts, you can manage them anytime from the Scheduled page.
To access scheduled posts:
- Select Schedule Social Posts from your dashboard.
- You will be directed to the Create Post section.
- Select Scheduled from the top menu.
To edit or to instantly post scheduled posts:
- Select the pencil icon next to the post you want to edit.
- Update the post and select Save to update the scheduled post.
- You can instantly post the scheduled post by selecting Post Now.
Please note that you cannot change the account when editing a scheduled post. To post to a different social media account, you will need to delete the scheduled post and create a new one.
To delete scheduled posts:
- Select the trash can icon next to the post you want to delete.
- The post will be deleted.
When your posts error, you can manage them anytime from the Errors page.
To access error posts:
- Select Schedule Social Posts from your dashboard.
- You will be directed to the Create Post section.
- Select Errors from the top menu.
To find out why your post has an error:
- Go to the error column in the table next to your post.
- Hover over the exclamation mark to view the error details.
If your post doesn’t meet the social platform requirements or has content issues, you can edit it to resolve the problem.
To edit an error post:
- Select the pencil icon next to the post you want to edit.
- Update the post and select Post Now or Schedule.
If there’s an issue with the account you are posting to, a repost icon will appear. You’ll need to reconnect your account, and once reconnected, you can click the repost button.
To repost an error post:
- Select the repost icon next to the post you want to try reposting.
- Update the post and select Post Now or Schedule.
