4.5 Managing Employment

            

Your employment informs users of your current profession, location and industry. Employment will display in chronological order so your current employment will be displayed first.

To add a new employment or edit an employment on your profile:

  • Select the  Edit icon at the top left of your employment section.
  • Select Add New Employment.
  • Fill in the required details and ensure you have a start date.
  • Select Add.

            

To choose which current employment you want to display on your profile.

  • Select the 'Is this your current employment?
  • Select the 'Display on Profile?' checkbox.
  • Select Add.

               

If you are currently seeking opportunities, retired, on maternity leave or on a career break you can add these as your current employment.

To add an other status:

  • Select the Edit icon at the top left of your employment section.
  • Select Add New Employment.
  • In the status field select Other from the dropdown menu.
  • In the Job Title type your current status. 
  • Fill in the required details and ensure you have a start date.
  • Select the checkbox next to 'Is this your current employment?' 
  • Select the 'Display on Profile?' check box to display the status on your profile.
  • Select Add.
