18.3 Discover - Business Tactics
Reveela’s business tactic tools help you news-jack trends in your industry, gain fresh marketing ideas for campaigns, and build a coordinated social media plan.
There are three business tactics tools available for you to use:
- Newsjacking
- Marketing Inspiration
- Social Media Plan
Newsjacking
The newsjacking tools allows you to tap into breaking news and uncover opportunities to boost your brand’s visibility and reach.
To use the newsjacking tool:
- Select Discover from your dashboard.
- You will be directed to Business Strategy section.
- Select Business Tactics from the menu.
- Select the Newsjacking tab.
- Enter your topic/industry, niche and country then click the arrow to generate results.
- Your newsjacking results will be displayed.
Your newsjacking opportunities will be divided into three stages:
- At the end of each section, look for the ‘What’s next?’ description.
- Click the action button below this text to proceed to the next stage.
The three newsjacking stages are:
- Reviewing Opportunities
This section highlights current trending stories that you can use for newsjacking to create timely content and boost visibility, engagement, and brand relevance.
- Writing Social Posts
This section lets you create social media posts tailored to each opportunity, helping you boost visibility by sharing timely content on the right platforms at the most relevant moments.
- Posting or Scheduling Posts
You can either share your posts directly to your social media accounts or use Reveela’s social media posting tools to efficiently plan, create, and schedule posts in advance across multiple platforms for consistent, timely publishing.

Marketing Inspiration
The marketing inspiration tool allows you to discover creative and low-cost tactics to promote your brand.
To discover marketing inspiration:
- Select Discover from your dashboard.
- You will be directed to Business Strategy section.
- Select Business Tactics from the menu.
- Select the Marketing Inspiration tab.
- Enter your company/product/service and type, the marketing platform you want to focus on to promote your brand, target audience, website and country then click the arrow to generate results.
- Your marketing inspiration will be displayed.
Social Media Plan
The social media plan tool allows you to create a simple plan to grow your business and achieve your targets through social media.
To generate a a social media plan:
- Select Discover from your dashboard.
- You will be directed to Business Strategy section.
- Select Business Tactics from the menu.
- Select the Social Media Plan tab.
- Enter your industry then click the arrow to generate results.
- Your social media plan will be displayed.
