18.3 Discover - Business Tactics

Reveela’s business tactic tools help you spark timely brand engagement with newsjacking, gain fresh marketing ideas for campaigns, and build a coordinated social media plan.

There are three business tactics tools available for you to use:

Newsjacking
Marketing Inspiration
Social Media Plan

Newsjacking

The newsjacking tools allows you to hijack current news or trending events to promote your brand.

To use the newsjacking tool:

Select Discover from your dashboard.
You will be directed to Business Strategy section.
Select Business Tactics from the menu.
Select the Newsjacking tab.
Enter your topic/industry, niche and country then click the arrow to generate results.
Your newsjacking results will be displayed.

Based on your newsjacking results, you can create social media posts that respond quickly to emerging trends, helping position your business as a thought leader.

To create social media posts based on your newsjacking results:

When you have your newsjacking results, select Write Social Posts.
Select the social media platforms you want to create social media posts for.
Select Write Content.

To share and schedule social media posts based on your newsjacking results:

Select the posts you have created above that you want to share to social media.
Select Share to Social.
Select your connected social accounts or add new ones via Manage Accounts.
Click Share.
In the poster and scheduler, customise your posts and add media if needed.

Marketing Inspiration

The marketing inspiration tool helps you find unconventional & creative low cost tactics to promote your brand, product, or service for maximum impact.

To discover marketing inspiration:

Select Discover from your dashboard.
You will be directed to Business Strategy section.
Select Business Tactics from the menu.
Select the Marketing Inspiration tab.
Enter your company/product/service and type, marketing platform, target audience, website and country then click the arrow to generate results.
Your marketing inspiration will be displayed.

Social Media Plan

The social media plan tool allows you to create a strategic blueprint that outlines how to achieve your marketing and business objectives using social media.

To generate a a social media plan:

Select Discover from your dashboard.
You will be directed to Business Strategy section.
Select Business Tactics from the menu.
Select the Social Media Plan tab.
Enter your industry then click the arrow to generate results.
Your social media plan will be displayed.
