17.3 Creating Social Brand Groups

Brand Groups let you organise your connected social media accounts by business, brand, or product.

Creating a brand group allows you to:

Quickly select multiple accounts when creating posts
Keep your content consistent across social media accounts
Generate more personalised AI content using your brand information
Reuse your brand settings every time you create a post

You can still use individual social media accounts as normal, but Brand Groups provide an additional, faster way to manage and publish content.

To create brand groups:

Select Socials from your dashboard.
You will be directed to the Create Post page.
Select Manage Accounts in the top-right corner.
You will be taken to the Accounts page.
Select the Brand Groups tab next to accounts.
Enter a name for your brand group.
Select the social media accounts you want to include.
Enter your target audience.
Enter a brand voice.
When you're happy with your settings, select Create Group.

If you're unsure how to describe your brand voice, Reveela can generate one by analysing your existing social media posts.

To generate your brand voice from your posts:

On the create brand group screen, select Generate from existing posts, next to brand voice.
Select the platform your first post is from.
Paste the post into the text box.
Repeat this process until you've added at least three existing social media posts.
To add more examples, select Add another post +.
When you've finished adding posts, select Analyse Brand Voice.
Reveela will generate a brand voice based on your posts.
Review and edit the generated brand voice if needed.
When you're happy with the result, select Save

Once you've created a Brand Group, you can use it whenever you create or edit a post. Your selected accounts, target audience, and brand voice will automatically be applied throughout Reveela.

To select a brand group when creating posts:

Navigate to Create Post or open an existing post for editing.
Select the Accounts dropdown.
Select the Brand Groups tab.
Choose the brand group you want to use.

You can edit or update your Brand Groups at any time by navigating to Socials > Manage Accounts > Brand Groups.
