7.4 Adding a Product
All products are situated within groups, in order to add a new product it must be relevant to the group.
To add a product:
- Navigate to a Group you would like to add the product to.
- Select the Product icon below the group cover image to access the Group Product Directory.
- Select Add New Product.
- Complete all mandatory fields on the first page.
- Select Continue.
- Complete relevant fields and select relevant groups.
- Complete the product declaration to confirm you are authorised to add and manage this product.
- Select Create New Product.
- The product will be submitted for approval.
Please note that if a product matching the information you have entered already exists the new product request will not be submitted. You should contact the existing product administrator to request admin rights to the product. If you experience any problems please contact Customer Support.
