6.19 Rating Articles

            

Ratings help the Article Author to understand how engaging and useful the content is viewed by others. The overall rating will be displayed as an average.

            

To rate an article:

  • Navigate to the bottom of an article.
  • Select a Star Rating icon above the comments section (1 Lowest and 5 Highest).

            

You can change your rating within 10 minutes of the original rating, then it will become permanent.
